At 2:00 PM on the 21st, the company organized office and workshop employees to conduct an efficient and compact fire emergency drill, which lasted approximately 30 minutes. With "being close to actual combat and strengthening skills" as its core, the drill proceeded in an orderly manner in accordance with the procedures:

1.Group Assembly and Responsibility Clarification: Participants gathered in functional teams including the Communication Team, Firefighting Team, and Evacuation Guidance Team. On-site briefings were delivered to clarify each team’s responsibilities and drill precautions, ensuring clear division of labor and orderly collaboration.

2.Multi-Area Evacuation Drill: After simulating a fire, employees quickly evacuated from the office building, dormitories, and workshops to the designated assembly point via predetermined routes. The Evacuation Guidance Group provided full-process guidance, effectively verifying the organizational efficiency of synchronized evacuation across multiple areas.

3.Practical Firefighting Training: As the core link of the drill, the Firefighting Group (including electricians, security personnel, and workshop volunteer firefighters) demonstrated the standardized operation methods of fire extinguishers and fire hydrants on site. Employees were also organized to practice extinguishing simulated fire sources, which strengthened their skills in fighting initial fires.

4.Review, Summary and On-Site Cleanup: After the drill, the person in charge commented on the process connection, personnel coordination and other aspects. Subsequently, all groups collaborated to complete the material recovery and on-site cleanup.

This drill focused on key positions such as workshop workers. It not only verified the practicality of the emergency plan but also enabled employees to intuitively master practical skills in alarm reporting, fire fighting, and evacuation, further consolidating the enterprise’s fire safety line of defense!
